ViewPoints
Experience in-depth, preshow presentations led by engaging guest experts who will offer insights in to show-related issues and field questions from knowledge hungry patrons. Free and open to the public, ViewPoints take place at 6:30 p.m. before a specific Wednesday evening performance during each production.

An informal exploration and discussion of the work of self-taught artists.  Our talk will be led by the well-respected Milwaukee Art Museum docent, Jonas Karvelis.  This collector and sometime dealer in “folk” and “non-academic art” will share his decades of experience learning about an art form which emerges from the artists’ desire to share deep personal beliefs and perceptions about contemporary life.  What began as the appreciative gathering of “a couple of posters by friends who were artists” has grown into a passion for self-taught art and its unique beauty that Jonas is eager to share with our Viewpoints audience.

Talk Theatre
An opportunity to participate in informal pre-show discussions with MCT's Producing Artistic Director and other show-specific theatre artists involved in the current production. Discussions begin at 12:00 noon prior to a Wednesday matinee performance.

MCT Producing Artistic Director C. Michael Wright will lead a discussion with MOON OVER THE BREWERY Director Angela Iannone.
